Guest Reviews & Ratings
The hotel was just perfect for our group of 5 adults and 2 kids, with rooms equipped with a fridge, microwave, and a coffee maker. The service, led by Erika and Natasha, was excellent, though one staff member seemed aloof. The location was super convenient for both business at St Charles Medical Center and exploring nearby restaurants and shops. The dining experience was satisfactory, considering the situation, priced at $15 for hotel food. Overall, a pleasant stay with some minor hiccups.
Arriving at the hotel around 5 pm, I found the rooms were not totally clean initially, but the shower exceeded my expectations. The room had a pleasant little balcony surrounded by trees, giving it a green and natural feel despite being close to the street. On the downside, some rooms were used for offices and storage.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable, with a nice surprise of a balcony. The service was exceptional, with the staff being friendly, helpful, and attentive to our needs. The location was perfect for exploring downtown Bend, with plenty of restaurants and pubs nearby. The dining experience was a treat, offering fresh berries, whipped cream, waffles, and omelettes. Overall, a great value for money stay.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of highs and lows. The rooms, although not as expected for a family suite, were clean with large, fluffy towels and a soft mattress. However, the delayed check-in and maintenance issues like a broken shower hook, towel rack, and moldy shower curtain were disappointing. On the upside, the service was exceptional, with friendly staff who even helped us get beer late at night. The location was terrific, close to downtown and old town areas, making exploring Bend and skiing at Mt Bachelor a breeze. The dining was mostly satisfactory, with a few delicious options, but nothing exceptional. The facilities were decent overall.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The room I stayed in was on the 3rd floor and although it wasn't ready initially and lacked insulation from noise, it felt more like a mini suite than a regular room. The service was exceptional with staff acknowledging my loyalty status and providing helpful information. The location was convenient for my business needs and within walking distance to various amenities. The dining experience had its ups and downs, but overall, the hotel offered a satisfactory stay.
